not many ppl run the Ka24e on a turbo set up..............unless this one has a swapped KA24DE in it.

lucky pick up btw, I just bought 91 hatch, but it has the bo-bo super hicas......but it does have abs and vlsd.......

Yeah, after driving it for a week you'll want to swap a SR20DET into it.
