SS lines and Fittings???

Can anyone give me a little insite as to how I can cut a stainless steal fuel line so that it doesn't fray? I've been trying to get my fittings on there but it's being a pain in the ass. Any help will be greatly appreciated :goodjob:

wrap tape around where you want to cut, then cut down the middle of the tape

yeah that's what I'm doing right now, do you recommend anything to cut it with?
