Lost title

didnt know where to post so i put it here.

I bought a truck (95 b2300) of my brother. Right after I bought it I lost the title (still in his name). How do I get a replacement title. Does he have to first then sign the title over or what? Thanks for your help, I really need it!

I know that Six Flags has a Lost-N-Found section. You could try there. Later, QD.

Get him to fill out the paperwork for a lost title and they will issue him a new one. Then he can just sign it over to you.

yall can go to the dmv in hapeville and they will issue you one right there, no waiting 2-3 weeks for it to come in the mail, plus they have all the paper work at that location also

Or get a power of attorney from him,if not u have to do a title bond and its like 120.00

Anyways Im kinda in the smae thing, I paid off my car and moved and never go the title. I need to get it since I paid the car off a year ago. So if I goto that DMV with my license I assume they can print my title up right there for $18?
