HA! try driving a 4300lb V8 whale of a car everyday, because your car that gets good MPG is all taken apart. i get 17 mpg and it cost me $35 for half a tank....fuck filling it all the way up :lmfao: ....the MR2 gets 32-35 mpg but runs on premium :(

try a jeep wrangler with 35" tires and 4.10 gears. Im getting around 15.5-16 on the highway. And with a 16.5 gallon tank i frequent the gas station

As long as we depend on the Middle East for oil, we are gonna always be in there grasp and their control. If we could drill in say, Alaska, then we would have to have such retardly high gas prices. But that will never happen. Just have to take it how it is and deal with the prices for now.

Yeah i hate My Gran Marquis lol.....its got a freakin 26gallon tank and would cost ab $75 to fill all the way up. My Mr2 (when running) gets 32 mpg normally and has a 8 gallon tank...they go almost the same distance before having to fill up :lmfao:

When I was in town a couple days ago, it was like 2.58, 2.59...but may have gone up. If we're at 2.72 up here, I would imagine Roswell is about 2.65

gas prices are probably going up because of increased tension in Iraq. There was a suicide bomber that got into the green zone, inside the parliamentary building and killed one Iraqi legislator and injured dozens of others. Also, a suicide bomber destroyed a whole BRIDGE that left 12 or so dead and at least 70 people injured. Usually gas prices go up and down depending on how confident investors are in trading oil. It may go up if there are increased tensions/fighting or go down if everything seems to be stable. It's got nothing really to do with us being dependent on oil. Also, don't forget that summer is right around the corner and we all drive during the summer, so gas prices will get even higher.
