Call Main Stream. They do turbo Hondas like I change socks.

You might have to leave a message, but Mike will call you back.

use a t3/to4e 60 trim. log manifold. 450cc injectors. and go to mainstream for chrome ecu tuning and you can see probably 240 whp with scotty tunning it. you'll love it.

Me personally i don't think anything over 7PSI will be reliable. Hey that is my opinion so Good Luck.

ehhh ... alot of it is in the tuning, you know. if you do go over 10 psi, you'll probably want to make sure your turbo kit does include a FMIC. alot of people think ls motors cant make good power without the vtec head. i have seen a alot of #s that prove otherwise.

as for a stock motor, id say keep it around 8-10, and really no more. this will ensure the "most reliability" that you can expect. and yea, a 57 or 60 trim will most likely do nicely on a stock motor. pretty good spool time and decent power for the boost levels you want. its a good start anyhow. when you blow it up, you can throw on a vtec head and some forged internals and crank it up :D

ill be sure to keep that in mind next time. be on the look out for manufacturers selling kits without intercoolers guys.
