That's actually a rebadged Mazda. Some Ford dealers won't work on them and send them to Mazda dealers. That one is running stock block and crank, forged rods and pistons, I think he's running some custom cams, Bully performance clutch, a T3 super 60 and only 19 psi boost with a welded diff. It's been running good for months and hasn't had any problems with it yet

I hate probes because people always asked if my old S13 was one. I guess thats cool if you are only down for highway runs.

Oh man that is sick. The first car I ever extensively modified was a black 94 GT. Loved that car, still miss it to this day. When I first got that car in '99 SOOO many people told me it was a piece of crap, its ford, blah blah its gonna fall apart. Bought it with 110k sold it with 220k and the only time it ever broke down was b/c of the distributor problem the GTs had, and I mean that car was driven hard, countless runs through the mtns and at the track. In fact a couple months ago my mom saw it in town and called me to tell me about it.

:goodjob: on the vid

That's the same guy, I forgot the link. He said that he had massive traction issues and could've done 10's easily. There's like an 8 page discussion about it over on Probetalk.com and he's not the only member doing numbers

The thing about those probe is the gearing, that probe would just kill that civic on the hwy. My buddy had a probe gt and could run with cars that had way more power than him because of the gearing in them.
