No liscense with a 16 yr old driver! my EF is totalled!

long story short , i got off work at 7am this mornin and come home to this.......the kid hit my car at such a rate of speed it pushed my car 55 ft , kid (16yrs old no liscense) is in jail for hit and run....first pic is the distance of the wreck , my car was where the blue altima is , the rest of pics is self explanitory(sp) .... my car EF- his car 240

i just spoke with the guys dad and i dont think they had insurance , we worked out a deal to where he will sign over the title to his 4 door EG , straight up , and i'll keep the hatch , strip it down and drop my b16 in a rex , shit happens but oh well!

sorry man, insurance companies do suck, but since he is a minor, you insurance company can go after the parents insurance company to get you some money. your car will get paid for and since he is a minor the parents can be held responsible. sounds bad but the parents should not let their 16yr old drive with no liscence. stupid ass kid.
