yeah CS takes the life out of you :crazy:. i've played it ever since the first demo came out on PC magazine (~1999?). i stopped sometime last year when i had to sell my ATI x800 for some $$$ cause i was broke, so now the only thing i can run on my desktop is maybe battlefield 1942 lol.

i dont play anything anymore. i quit playing cs 24/7 about 3 years ago. for a year i played occasionally to the point where my teams didnt want me in the matches cause i didnt show up for practice and whatn ot. then i just quit playing. its ridiculous how people treat it like it's a sport. at least when i was hooked on it i was 12-15 years old and i still went out when i could. some of these people are our ages and dont have a life beyond that game.

addictive video games are bad news for many people. thats all i have to say on that.

So, I finally installed source on vista last night, plays good, however WTF is up with source? I'd be point blank next to people and shoot them, and nothing happens, then I get headshotted. Are there any settings I can change so that the hitboxes are more accurate.

Yea source sucks. 1.6 is still the best competitive wise. I wish they'd just re-skin 1.6 and add some new sounds.
