actually they arent atleast they arent after the first day of operation, that looks exactly like an ssautochrome i saw on an sr20 sitting around the shop.

no its not ss auto crome this is some guys hobby. i guess the pipes thickness is alot better than ss or xs power. it is hand made. i just wanted to know why anyone would design one this way.

that is a XS power manifold or XS makes one VERY similar to it.

if your just into power and no looks then spend the money on a log manifold, but i have this manifold, and it looks good, and ive heard performs great b/c of the large pipes, much bigger than other manifolds, alot fols say length should be short but, then y do they have back mount turbos that do just as well and thats alot piping. so once your system is pressurized you will be good. depends mainly on all hte other components u are puttin on, like turbo size, fuel managment, all that stuff.

Hmmm.. thats not true.Mat keller has a off the shelf INline Pro manifold and made 942HP with a Gt42R!!

there are some exceptions to the rule and i dont qualify the inline pro really as a log manifold because it has 4 distinct runners into a collector, its almost like a cast mini me love fab manifold. The gt42r is a relentless turbo that could make huge power on just about any manifold that can support its size.

Yep. But some tubular manifolds are know to have some cracking defects.
I have an inlinepro log manifold on my s2000 and they have NEVER had an issue with it. I know of other people with the lovefab mini me manifold ( tubular style) and some have cracked. Although the tubular manifold is much more efficient.

Tubular equal length runners are more efficient, make sure you get the limited lifetime warranty against cracking just in case!

Horsepower is not the only measure of performance. A proper length divided entry manifold will spool a turbo much faster than a log-style one.
