A few pics as well...

Wow....and I thought that because I got a new SUV, I wouldn't have the temptation to mod it like I did with my cars. Fawk...

Stock engine: 270hp/291tq
5200 lbs with him in it and gas. Not bad times at all...

Keep in mind that the Pathfinder in the video is bone stock minus the S/C'er (10 minute video of the build up and some drags, smaller than the other vids):

Video of all of the drags (221MB):

Longer video of the build up process (273MB):

Or you could wait till the Pathfinder comes out next year with the Titan/Armada 5.6 in it. I almost shit myself when I heard about that thing.

I have no need for the V8 right now. If I had, I would have bought the Armada to begin with. The 4.0 VQ engine is incredible, has great towing power, and gets good gas mileage.

Oh I know what a good motor it is, I just love the Nissan 5.6, and in something as light as a pathfinder would be CRAZY. I have driven a few Frontiers with the 4.0 and they were faster than my 240.

I know how you feel. TRD makes a Supercharger for my 4Runner. I'm trying like hell to leave my SUV alone, though. The Itch is still there.......:ninja:

It started in '05 with the Pathfinder. Keep in mind that the Xterra also uses the 4.0 as well.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Frontier

2005

Initially, the Frontier was considered a compact, but beginning with the totally-redesigned model year (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Model_year) 2005 Frontier (introduced at the 2004 North American International Auto Show (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_International_Auto_Show)), it become more mid-sized. It uses the new Nissan F-Alpha platform (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_F-Alpha_platform) and resembles the company's full-size Nissan Titan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Titan) truck.

The new truck's wheelbase is 125.9 in (3.20 m) with a 205.5 in (5.22 m) overall length. Towing capacity is 6500 lb (2,950 kg). A 4.0 L VQ-family (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_VQ_engine) V6 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V6), the VQ40DE (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=VQ40DE&action=edit), is the standard engine, and it produces a respectable 265 hp (198 kW) with 284 ftˇlbf (385 Nˇm) of torque.
