so we go to the mcdonalds up by road atlanta & i get a big n tasty. they make them so messy, i had to take it apart & "fix it" before i could eat it so i didn't get it all over my car. so i take off the lettuce only to find a nice dead little black bug laying on my hamburger. we go back to mcdonalds & raise hell only for the manager to say "ok, i'll go make you a new one right now!" i told her i'll never eat mcdonalds again & i just wanted my money back. she gives me back my money & proceeds to tell me that it must have been on the lettuce. hello??? do they not wash the lettuce before they put it on a hamburger??? the next day, i had the health department out there & i filed a complaint with their corporate office. they were nice enough to send me 2 coupons for free sandwiches! anybody want them because i sure as hell won't use them!!!

& you're right, they didn't take it very seriously. what i didn't understand was the amount of people that were inside the place when we went in there raising hell who still ate there! i'm sorry, but if i was ordering food somewhere & somebody came in complaining about a bug on their food, i'd walk out with a quickness!

my mom found an article in the jonesboro paper a week later about a woman who got an order of pancakes & when she took the top off, there was a roach crawling on her pancakes!

i thought about going to the news or something & the thought crossed my mind to try to make some money off of it, but that would take way too much time that i don't have.

You just got unlucky and got a bug, get over it, go to another mcd's and use them coupons. Or like I said give them to me. unfortunatly i have to agree with this post. i wouldnt have eatten it and i likely wouldnt until a week or so before the coupons expired.. give them to me if you dont want them.
