FS/FT: HKS Hi-power Muffler

For sale is a HKS hi-power muffler.

3.5 inch outlet
Selling because I think it's a waste to attach an expensive muffler to a weak d16.

BAD: there is a scrape along the bottom side of the outlet tip which is pretty moderate, and also a scrape on the canister towards the inlet. There are also minor dings and scratches on the muffler. The person I bought it from claimed it was never mounted, so perhaps that person either dropped the muffler or was lying, either way, it's FOR SALE!

PRICE: 170 OBO, retails for over 200, given its condition, there's room for negotiation.
TRADES: Generic N1 style muffler plus cash.
Body damage repair, lol. I got a dent on my passenger door.
Shocks for my 00 civic ex plus/minus cash.
And whatever comes to mind, throw it out there.

i think this will work for my 81 corolla. ive only purchased catback exhaust's in the past never baught a muffler. how does it work just cut the exhaust and weld this on? ha this might sound dumb but its 3.5" how do i get it to fit the exhaust i have on their right now

It's the same design and technology used on the HKS hi-power exhaust system. You can either weld it on, which is a freaking waste, since you won't gain anything but looks, or you can get a custom 2.25-2.5 exhaust will usually runs around less than 200. In your case, I guess you could just weld it on, it'll run you about 50.

I never met the person, bought it online. The inlet has no sign of being tampered with. So I don't know, again, I just don't want to attach an HKS muffler to a weak motor.
