I was driving down 20 going toward loganville and i see a black 92 body style civic driving the opposite way toward grayson...WHOA much to my suprize it was done up pffft, but the nerve of what this kid did was shockin. So as i get close he throws a white paper bag out ( i assumed it was trash) but the impact that it made on my car i knew it was something more so i turn around and i see it was PVC pipe in the bag that hit my bumper. I continue to drive toward grayson to stop at the Publix at Cooper/ Ozora and 20 and I see him again going the opposite way on 20 toward loganville this time he throws a cup looking thing and it shatters my window. Once again when I pull into the parking lot and I am talking to 911 I see him driving toward lawrenceville/grayson on 20 and he looks me dead in the eye and laughs. :2up: :2up: So I have a police report out on this kid, but yall i would appreciate it if yall would look out for him and give me exact license plate so i can tell the cops.

He is in a 92 body style black 2 door civic with body kit, rims, hood, all that and on top of that alteezas. He is about 20 years old and has short hair, skinny and his girl has long brown hair. The tag on the car is a South Carolina tag so please keep a look out.
