im guessing they are going for the DOOM movie approach with this.

far from it actually, considering Bungie is really working with the producers of the real film. It won't be like the shitty Doom movie that came out... or Doom 2 (whenever they finish filming that). The Halo movie has acutally been put on hold for filming last I heard because of budget issues (they went over their $135 million mark)

when they reviewed the halo script(sp) it got tons of thumbs up,from big hollywood folk,someone even went far anuff to call it a saving private ryan set in the future

yeah, i was talking about this halo movie haha but yeah dude, i heard that budget problem too. no 2008 release for us :( 2009 maybe :):):)

am i seing the same vid you guys saw? the one i saw was game footage from Halo1 and 2 with a movie theme added to the footage............is there a real link to a trailer for the live action movie?

THAT trailer won't be available for a long time... they are still in works with the production. you saw the right one.

ahh...ok...i havent really heard anything ab the movie yet.....is it even supposed to be live action?
