Hey im an idiot, and I cant fix my shit. Help! Its not hard im sure but my start button and that blue bar is now vertical and on the right side of my screen, im using xp by the way. I know its not much but ill give a rep!:goodjob:

All you need to do is just drag it to the bottom....so just click and hold with the left button and drag it to the bottom....

click it and drag it back to the bottom. if you cant, then right click and make sure that "lock the taskbar" not checked.
