no there not gonna fit....but they do make some for 94-97 tegs I think

they can... all u have to do is cut the piece that goes into the lip on the 98

they do fit... blacknightteg made his 98+ rear valence fit yesterday on his 94 back bumper..

and yea they do make some for 94-97 but u can rarely find them
