tdc ( top dead center sensor)

Never heard of one. But what do I know, I've only been working on Hondas since 1996. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but I have never seen one so the chances of one going bad are slim if it does exist I would think.

Cam or crank position sensor maybe?

i think she's asking about crank position or cylinder position sensor. usually if there is an issue with either it'll give you a cel.

are you getting any cel? that's usually the first thing to check. if it happens again and you get a cel, but when you restart it the cel goes away try and either check it before shutting it off or stall it out so and don't turn it off so you don't lose the code. the code will direct you.

That's what I was thinking.
