SR20 Swap Emissions Questions

im thinking about doing this swap but the only thing im worried about doing emissions and shit after the swap is done any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

install a cat and it will pass, actually gets close to passing without the cat.

ill probably have to exhuasts made one with a cat and one without it

The cat is bolt in, so put it in for testing, and out for the fire balls.

The car also needs a 3" cat back to pass, and timing must be at the stock 15* advanced for the car to pass.
