Young Buck Decries Violence Against Kids, Deads Beefs, Talks New Album
By Remmie Fresh and Chris Richburg
Date: 3/27/2007 10:10 am

Young Buck is on a promotional tour for his album, Buck The World, but the Nashville, TN rapper took a moment to comment on the alleged assault between Tony Yayo and a 14-year-old.

Buck said that he was unable to support the alleged action of his fellow G-Unit member during an interview with Angie Martinez of New York's Hot 97.

"I'ma be honest, I don't respect nobody putting no hands on no kid. I got a child myself. If somebody put they hands on mine, I understand the way it goes," Young Buck said yesterday (Mar. 26).

"In this situation, I don't understand the truth of it, but I don't rock with nothing that's under that circumstance about putting your hands on no kid. I'm a real street individual and it wouldn't matter if it was my crew or any other crew."

Tony Yayo was arraigned on Mar. 25 and charged with one count of misdemeanor assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor.

The alleged altercation took place between Yayo and the 14-year-old son of Jimmy "Henchmen" Rosemond, a rival. Tony Yayo allegedly backhanded the boy after seeing him in the street.

Young Buck related feelings to the mob code of leaving women and children out of the field of battle.

"It falls upon the individual. I maintain and do what I gotta do [but] I can't rock with nothing that's wrong. I can't say Yayo did it, but if he did it, its wrong," the 26-year-old said.

Nevertheless, Buck said that his comrade was innocent until proven guilty.

If he wasn't such an idiot the other 99% of the time, I'd give him more props. Since he isn't a member of IA, I'll rep Mark for YB words here since Mark is the official spokeman for G-Unit, lolol. Later, QD.

Thanks, dummy. But why are trying to "argue in circles"(as you call it) with me? Aren't you too mature for that? Later, QD.

see he explained what happened on the radio.. it was miscommunication. And he didnt bum rush.. he said he walked over and the crowd followed him, and him and the dj couldnt hear each other. The dj was playing one blood, and buck got on stage, and said cut it, but he didnt. And buck said "i dont know if ur tryin to be disrespectful or u didnt hear me, but if u are than bring it back" And all the dj heard was bring it back, because he was in the back. nobody fought or touched each other.

Same thing. It's still real shitty, either way, to make an idiot out of yourself just because you don't like a song that a DJ is playing. And it's not even his club? Later, QD.

he was playing one blood just for the crowd, while they were waiting for buck. and buck got on stage to get ready to perform.. and as uysual he tells them to cut the music so he can start. how did he make a idiot out of himself, ther was no confrontation at all.

That's not what had been reported. He rose up to tell the DJ to turn it off. He didn't like them playing Gayme while he was there. He said that right after it happened. He and his entourage walked up to the DJ to tell him to take it off. Of course his story will change now that peace has been made and to help with his upcoming release. I don't know what happened. Only the people there do. People will say anytihng to help themselves and make themselves look better. Especially when their livelihood depends on it. Later, QD.
