OK well let me tell you the story. I am not going back to gainesville state next semester, and I work over an hour away from athens. I would like to move closer to work, not to mention i should be moving out of state in July or August for school. So i would like to release my apt. NOT sublease. the difference is that in a sublease i would be responsible if any shit went down... can't be havin that.
Anyway, the release would be May or June (you pick) till my lease runs out, or whenever you set the end date for.
The important stuff:
-River Club Apartments off macon hwy. It's 5 min from everything. you can go to www.riverclubapartments.com
m to view what the complex offers... and it's a lot.
-it's a furnished four bedroom apt with private baths
-I have three female roomates, so if you are a guy i'm not sure how that would work out. I would have to ask.
- We have wireless internet
- Rent is $355 per month
-Electrical is usally about $25 and Cable is about $13.
This is a great deal for someone who wants to get out of their parents house for the summer and do what they want. Or is between dorms and an apt at UGA. Now i know a lot of you are older than this and have houses and such BUT just keep an eye out for me. Just contact me if you need anymore information. I would take some pics of my room but it's kinda messy. the site has floorplans and what each apt has plus some pics.
