I picked it up used for my girlfriend in perfect shape used. I had it in her car for 1 week. Still in perfect shape.

Just photoshop a pic of your car with the windows clear or just have a pic or your car before the tint was there and take it into court with you and say that you took it off. They won't even ask a question about it. Then if you wind up getting another ticket just say that you got it put back on. I had this problem with my last car and didn't pay the ticket once.

^^^It depends on what city it was, city to city are different about this tint law, I know in Doraville, you have to pay regretless, but if you do take it off, you get a discount...

However sometimes they walk out to your vehicle and actualy check if youve got it removed. Hmm Helmet... I need one bad. Ive got sorta of a large head. I wear a 7 3/8 hat.... Im probaby going to need a large eh?
