I thought it wasnt legal to sell fireworks in Georgia, and thats why everyone hits Tennesee and Alabama. The Walmart on Mansell has a huge tent in thier parking lot and a company is selling fireworks.... Did the law change?
Yeah I saw a big tent up here in the Sonic parking lot.

Yes the smaller fireworks are legal to sell in GA now, if you want the good stuff you still have to hit up TN or AL

Yeah, i guess you missed the thread alittle while back. This used car dealership by my house has a tent up selling fireworks. LOL i bet they make more money selling those than the cars.

Fireworks are legal in GA now; however, individual counties will begin to incorporate ordinances into thier law to ban them.
Covington should be first!

Tehy are debating that now I think, something about if the state says it is legal the counties can not reverse it or something. Caught the tail end of it on the news this morning. Who knows, I mean we are not that far from TN or AL so who is going to stop someone that really wants fireworks.
