Well you see... one of my coworkers was transporting it from one building to the next which is all of 3 doors down and it fell out of the back... its odd to because he was moving all of no joke 3 miles per hour and it simply slid out the back... there are skid marks inside the truck where it looks like it just started sliding and didnt stop. The forks were down and the brake set... as it turns out when they flip over backwards the forks fall off and lay beside the carnage lol. It was a hell of a mess but we found it hilarious. :D
