Roll Races vs. Dig Runs

What do you prefer, and why?

I don't care if it's been asked before! :no::blah:

It has been extremely boring. I've been waiting for my car to get finished before calling anyone out. Hopefully within the next 3-4 weeks.

Its boring because no one wants to take a chance when they race someone, they all want a guaranteed win.

There's no other cars in my power range worth racing right now. It would make for boring video.

Maybe after I get a cam I can run cars like Seymour222, champ_coupe, b0ki and other ~500whp cars even though I'll be underpowered.

I know there will always be faster cars, so losing isn't a big deal to me.

It just gets insanely boring watch people talk about Mazdas and Mini Coopers racing.

If any 350-420rwhp cars want to run, I'm down. My car dyno'd 360rwhp (which is what stock Z06s dyno in at) on Main Stream's dynojet but I don't care if I run 420whp car. It's all in fun.

When i used to do more street stuff, when i had my 96, i preferred a dig... because most the idiots out there dont know how to launch a car properly...is it wrong to pick on people you know cant drive and take advantage of it?

A dig shows more control of your right foot.

I don't think that's wrong. I think it's kind of smart, especially if they're racing for high stakes and don't know how to launch.

I'll be ready for some runs in about 1 week, I hope.

I planned on going to the track(Commerce) to get some seat time.

My car was down for over 8 months, then I had it back for about a month and it went right back into the shop again for another 3 months.

I'm DONE upgrading so its time to enjoy the car now.

Yeah, my old car was only down for 4 months and it felt like forever.

It's the little things that will start breaking that sucks. Ah well. that's the way it goes with expensive and unreliable hobby.

I'll only be at this power for a few more weeks. I'm also closing on my house in the next few weeks also, so I don't know if I'll be out anytime soon. My next opportunity will probably be after my car is modded.

I don't think that's wrong. I think it's kind of smart, especially if they're racing for high stakes and don't know how to launch.the only times i ever raced for money i got SOL'ed, but they paid in other ways. I remember old battle ground, watching who was running and how well they were leaving the line and picking on them later lol. I miss those days. But then again, i was running a 4.10 lsd which helped out a lot.

I understand a roll run, esp. for the awd guys where, unless you have a team behind you or a thick wallet, you can;t afford to be breaking shit...unless you're running for enough money to fix broken things and then some.

I see no point in running from a roll if it is a call-out; from a roll for the hell of it is ok too I guess.
