Pollen count for: March 23, 2007

Today's count is = 2,538

This count is in the extremely high range.

The major pollen present are: Oak, Birch, Sweetgum, Sycamore, and Beech.

Tip of the Day: After sunset, many of the airborne pollen particles will settle out of the air as the wind drops off. In the spring, exercise in the morning

Claritin is getting me by for now and I work out in the evening, it doesn't seem to be so bad then. Thanks for the post

I have allergies, they just arent that bad.........I am however scared of the Bees lol stupid springtime lol

it has begun....

my sinuses have had aids.. the pollen was making it worse...

i'm not taking anything yet.. so i've been doing all i can NOT to touch my eyes... once u scratch once it's all over.....

well sitting here yesterday, i had something in my eye.. i rubbed it... NOW I CAN'T STOP! MY EYES ARE SO ITCHY!!!! DAMN YOU PLANTS! DAMN YOU!!!!

Yeah the first time you give in to the eye sctarch urge your done, I havent done it yet, I will lightly rub the tears that have been flowing away but I wont rib them.

What really sucks is I got the civic back from Spray Glo and AAP and I have been cleaning it the past 2 days to get it back in show shape, and hell I am getting car dirtier trying to clean it now then when it was in 2 shops for a few months...LOL

My fiance had to miss work yesterday because her head was so horribly stopped up. I have been using flonase nose spray and visine allergy, does pretty well.

I'm just dandy now. I fear the ragweed later this summer. Ugh.
