Furniture Sale (Couch, Chair)

Alright guys. I have 2 things for sale. I have a Huge chair with ottoman and a sofa. These both come from a non-smoking home.

SOFA - SOLD

The Chair was custom made by Freeds when I lived in Texas. It is an oversized chair that is extremly comfortable. It is navy. The ottoman has 2 small rips in the upholstry and 1 small one on the bottom of the arm of the chair that isnt noticable. The chair comes with 2 pillows.

I am asking $50 obo for the chair.

DVD holder below for sale for $10 cash.

im interested, is it possible you can hold the furniture for 2 weeks, i will gladly give you an extra 50$ for holding it for me. i moving out in a couple of weeks and i do need some furniture extremely bad.

^^ Yeah, it is really hard to tell by the pictures. One I took inside with artificial light and with a flash, the other I took once I got it outside in natural light with no flash.

Neither picture does it justice. The pattern is very subdued (not as bold as it looks in the pictures). It is very much a tan couch with a subtle accent color. I don’t have the couch in front of me right now because I am at work, but I will double check what color the pattern is when I get home tonight.

The couch is so comfortable you just sink into it. It measures about 89" long (arm to arm) and 40" Wide. It is in great shape, not a thing wrong with it, no rips or tears or anything. I just purchased an Italian leather sofa yesterday and don't have room for both couches.

**NOTE: I may be willing to deliver within a certain distance for an additional charge if you dont have the means of picking it up. I would just have to double check the measurements of the couch to make sure I can get into my vehicle without a problem**

Ok, here is my deduction. It changes in the light. In bright light, it is a silver. In dark light, it shows a little brown. The true color looks like a shade of gray but i guess the thread used is a metallic type thread. Hard to describe, you would have to see it.

Couch and chair are both still available, nobody has commited to it as of yet. Anybody interested in buying either of these items call me 770-842-1300.

SOFA is SOLD!!! I will sell the chair to the first person with $40. That is the lowest I will take and it is a steal for this chair and ottaman combo. don't believe me, come take a look at it and sit in it, you wont want to get up, its that comfortable!

Another picture. Also, I was going to post a seperate listing for this but I will post it here. I have a free standing DVD holder, that I am selling. $10 cash, first come, first serve (dvd's not included). It holds a ton of dvd's, I have a ton and probably only have aabout 70% filled. I am just upgrading to a built-in, so I no longer need this.

I also have a computer desk I will be putting up for sale in the next couple of days.
