so i go to walmart day before yesterday.. i buy a phone charger for like 13 bucks... i left my wall charger in north ga.. and my phone was dieing.....
well i get it home, plug it up.. and bingo.. works fine... my phone gets charged.. then the battery stops flashing like it stopped charging.. so i thought.."maybe it quits once the battery shows full" even though most phones now have a message that tells u... mine never came up...
so as i'm going to bed last night.. i hook it up.. and.... NOTHING! won't charge a bit.. i'm now down to one bar of power and have no way to charge my phone..
wtf would cause it not to charge when it worked before???
btw it's an lg vx8300 for verizon.

aftermarket chargers suck ass and can damage your batteries.......thats why phone companys charge so much for the branded chargers since aftermarket ones void your battery warranty for most providers

Yeah most new phones need a certain voltage coming into them that the aftermarket chargers wont provide.

no the phone is fine... and it holds it's charge just fine... like i said the gay charger worked one night and charged it... and i used the phone all of yesterday and now this morning and i ran the battery down myself...
just doesn't make sense that it wouldn't charge last night...
wayne, of course i'm gonna take it back... i just don't understand why it didn't work..

Get an iGo charger from Radioshack. They're pretty expensive but work well. Thats what I use. I have no problems with it. Its not a wall charger, mine, its a 12v charger.
