JET Performance Import Computer Upgrade Package

Just wanted to see if anyone was familar with JET Performance Import Computer Upgrade Package. Being an owner of a TSX the only thing that we can do to our cars for ECU upgrades is the hondata. I found this as well that seems similar to the reflash. Does anyone know anything about JET Performance Import Computer Upgrade Package.
