The second one is good, the first one is not! A front bumper, fender, sidemarker, a wheel, weeds, trash on the ground and a blip of water just dont do it for me...... IMO

I was more focused on the car than the water but there is water in the picture :) The trash is probably from the construction accross the street. Oh and those are sea oats, not weeds.
