S2K antenna install on Type R

Hey I have the top part of the S2K antenna and I was wondering how do I install it, I don't know where to get the mast (the bottom part of the antenna) to install it, and also wiring to make it work, I know a few people have dont this before and there is a thread somewhere, just can't find it....anyways here is a picture of what it looks like.....if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated!
