How much of a difference would taking out your A/C do to your car??

Well ... you'll probably sweat a lot more. Other than that you may see a slight power increase and encounter some weight reduction. Not worth it in a DD.

I had mine out this whole summer, it was MISERABLE, i had to carry 2 shirts with me everywhere i went. But im taking my built motor out, and putting a stock b16 in w/ AC so i dont want to kill myself from sweating so much this summer

Are you doing it because you are putting a turbo kit on?

OR

for "weight reduction"

cut the belt, remove the compressor, rip out the lines. not hard at all. then you can remove your condenser and all the other junk.

unless u r building a full all out race car its not worth giving up the comfort of ac, and it wont reduce the weight by much. hell i think full race has a kit that can make 700hp with ac, so y get rid of it?

The only reason I want to take mine out now is the temperature slider on my climate control just broke and it puts out only HEAT.
