“You know what look at me WHO I was before, during the summer with no car, no friends, nothing and THEN look at me NOW, I got a bad ass CRV and my license back and money and everyone is at my feet, so you know what FUCK YOU ALL I am out!” He slapped WhO tHeN nOw on his windshield and started showing his car.

People asked what it meant and he applied it to his CRV. I mean who would take a grocery getter and make it as crazy as it is now. Through time he started making new friends and they hung out all the time then IcE started a car club called WhO tHeN nOw and wham bam thank you ma'am the club was born. Here it is people don’t let anybody tell you that you can’t do anything because if you put your mind to it you can."
