So i found a rabbit in the street

i was coing home from krystal about 20 minutes ago and as i was pulling into my driveway i noticed a rabbit laying up against my neighbors curb. i backed up and got out. he was literally just laying there. as i picked him up i noticed he was basically limp. i flipped him over and there's a golfball sized hole in his neck to the point where i can see his spine.

so i went and got a box and some blankets. i've got him laying here next to me. he cant blink, or move really. he just lays there, breathes every now and then and his legs twitch. he's cold as ice and the weird part is that there are no signs of blood anywhere on him or on the street :thinking:

i dont see anyway for him to recover unfortunately. if he is still "with us" in the morning im going to take him to my vet and see what he says. i would really like to try to get him better but i dont see it happening. i'll more than likely have him euthanized in the morning and i'll bury him with my dogs.

this sucks. i just got home from NC and one of my cats is missing too. alot of weird shit has been happening lately.

there was coyotes walking around my neighborhood a couple months ago, and i live like a mile from ksu.
those things are fucking viscious though, i had 2 stare me down when jogging through the woods when i lived in MA. they're not very big, and they didn't chase after me when i turned around and ran my ass back the way i came, but they still scared the shit out of me.
