10" kicker solo baric enclosure

just as the title says this is for a 10" kicker solobaric sub. Its made by kicker well at least im assuming because when I bought it at circuit city about 2 years ago it all came in a kicker box. this is a perfect enclosure for a truck. looking to get $50 for it.

What are the dimensions? How wide is it? How long? The depth at the bottom and top.
