I was just wondering if you guys knew a beter place to take my GF to tomorrow night. its her birthday. I made reservations to the Sun Dial, the spinning restaurant on top of the Westin hotel downtown. Probably spending little more than $100. do any of you know a better place? romantic and not more expensive? Thanks!

really really good food. im no roockie when it comes to food. ive been to panos and pauls and etc.. also Bocuse in France (nicest restaurant in France).. fucking french ppl and their good food.. anyway, not over $50 per person including tip.. (ima college student)

A girl took me to Two Urban Licks last weekend. The food was fantastic, but I dunno how much she spent on me because she wouldn't let me see the bill. They valet your car for you too. :)

The Sundial is very much over-rated as far as pricing and the food there. Food is decent but not $100/plate decent. I'd take her to nice, sit down restaurant where they cook the food in front of you. Those are always neat. There is one down the street from you you could hit up:

california dreaming... its a great place which is cheeper, located about a mile from the gwinnett arena. i ate there before and it was the best frood i tasteed in a while with a great price

your totally right, but i did that last year for our 6 month's anniversary when my parents were out of town.. and got the jacuzzi bath tup ready for her, blah blah blah. my parents are in town and i dont feel like doing it at my parent's house with them there.. i could do it at my apartment in athen's but we are in atlanta until we leave for Spring break tuesday.. so i got to take her to a restaurant :(

lol thanks guys for everything.. we went to the sundial and it was awsome.. the tenderloin was really good and the new york strip wasnt bad. set me back 105 with tip and valet parking.. very pleased and so was she :)

Twist is not romantic.. but rather loud and busy.. it is a "happening" place....
