So I see why they don't have a direct application for a 4 to 1 header for the 90-93 integra. cause when the motor is in the car, you can't get the header in cause the front crossmember is all in your shit...anyway, so you would have to drop in the motor with this 4-1 header bolted, or unbolt your front crossmember, then slide that piece through and bolt it on...the question is, would the front crossmember and the header be hitting each other, cause i seen a 4-1 header on a EF chassis, and they had to notch away at the crossmember,...??

my header went on fine w/o any kinda notching what so ever
on my old EF.

I do know that with a 4-1 header you will have to notch the crossmember on an EF but I don't know about a DA

umm. chain saw would be the tool of choice.... jk. try not to notch the the cross member if u dont have to. it fucks with the integrity of it makes it flex makes the handling suffer. thats what happened with my DA but i had a ballen ass header on it when i first had it togather....

just my 2 cents
