I was curious, to see what cell phone providers people on here use.

I personally use Verizon. Ive never had any problems with them, and I seem to get pretty good service anywhere i go.

My buddy who has Cingular, seems like in some places where he doesnt have any service i have full signal

And Ive heard that Nextel, pretty much sucks when it comes to signal

But I was just curious what everyone else on here has

cingular is a bitch when you go over, kinda high rates, i think some of the other companies are cheaper

no complaints on signal and quality of service though
cingular ftw, i think my family is ditching it in the fall when the contract runs out though

verizon was the only thing that would pick up in the mountains where i'm from... so had to get it.. plus everyone had it up there(for the same reason) so in network and in texting..

my bill runs the same every month.. i probably never use my minutes... hmm i should change my plan...

I got cingular. But when i moved into my new apartment in downtown columbus, I did not get service. I talked to them bout it and they told me I should not have moved there. HHAAH i was like are you fucking kidding. She was like you should have thought bout that before you moved somwhere with no service. so im still stuck with cingular.

sprint/nextel here. the phone i have uses sprint for cellular and text messaging (much faster messaging than nextels downloading shit as someone mentioned) and then uses nextels iden network for the radio. its pretty cool in some places the radio wont have service and the cell will or visa versa

Springt sucks and Nextel is horrible...................Im switching to Verizon as soon as i can.

Sprint + Nextel= A even bigger pain in the @$$!!!

Wasn't impressed by cingular...but they supposedly have fewer dropped calls. So...They still drop calls.

Sprint.Sucks.Balls.

same company....sprint owns nextel so you went from sprint to sprint, back to sprint....plus if you think sprints quality sucked(AKA verizon and every other CDMA network as well) and went back to the iDEN no roaming network, you are crazy

its so so. the call waiting feature sucks. you cant use any of the gps stuff but it is gps enabled, if you use live search to find a business it tells you distance from where you searched, etc.
i want an agent line. gimmme
