Law Proposal in Ohio...it's not just for ricers anymore

I was channel surfing last night, and came across the "to catch a predator" show and figured i'd watch it. pretty funny stuff. but at the end they mentioned a new law that would probably irritate a lot of ricers.

the proposal, if passed, would require registered sex offenders to place neon green lights around their license plate on their car. :lmfao:
