11-Second Car!

92 Laser AWD Turbo, 139,000 miles on it. I do have the rear panels and backseats removed, but have them safely stored in my rec room. Ive tuned it for 22psi, and my best run is a 7.62@93mph, with a 1.81 60'. Sucky 60' for a AWD car... but I was using cheapo Potenzas. The previous 2 owners I knew and were Team NABR members as well, and the car has been babied. The car was resprayed to factory color 2 years ago. This car is truly amazing.

Did I mention it was a FACTORY 6bolt/4 bolt car? This is VERY rare, to have the beefier rear end, and the non-walking 6 bolt motor FROM the factory.

Im sure there are things Ive left out. I didnt mention things such as coil pack, knock sensor, water pump, etc. thats just general preventative maintenance. With the car I can include time slips and several reciepts. The condition of this car can be verified by quite a few people, and the turbo, manifold, downpipe, custum oil lines and water lines etc. was installed by Wade of Southern Speed in Tupelo.

The only problem with the car is a charging system problem I havent had time to address. The alternator tests fine, but the belt squeals whenever you crank it on a cold start, and will squeal for 30 seconds-minute. I changed the belt right when I got it, and it seemed to temporarily band-aid the problem, but not fix it. The squeel has returned. Im not sure if its the alternator, the tensioner, or what. I just dont have time to mess with it. The SR20 buildup requires nearly any of the time I have left.

Ive been daily driving this car for the past year and a half with NO problem.

Price: $7500- Im fairly firm on this, as I easily have 8-9k into it. Also looking for trades. Anything from a daily driver, to a truck, cleanly modified hondas, Nissans...or whatever. Just let me know what you have and Im sure we can work something out.

Youa re probably too young to remember the days of the Hurst shift knob. Many of you wouldn't be here if your daddy hadn't had the ol Hurst "Panties off" shift knob installed on his Trans-Am.

Respect what made you.

Haha yes. I was raised around racing BBCs and Camaros, along with dirt track late models, so I always try to incorporate atleast one old school domestic touch to each of my cars. Plus, my God, is there any other knob better for slamming gears? =D

Chicks think theyre hot too!

haha, nah, its just that we dont have a 1/4 mile here. With the evo3 16g before it ran a 12.28@115, but have yet to run it with the 56 trim, but its of course HELLA faster. That was with a 7.96 1/8 mile as well. I can proudly provide slips, but the numbers Im putting out arent amazing by any means. The car needs DSMLink and tires to be put to its full potential.
