Eventually, when the engine in my Lude dies, I was planning on getting a JDM h22. I read somewhere they they run off a higher octane than 93. That some people use 97 and that's a low octane for that engine or something.

I understand that I can put about any fuel I want in it, but will it run like dog sh!t if I feed it 93octane instead?

WTF 93 and above. BS maybe in Japan because their octane lvl is diff from us so like 93 would be some where in the 100s

We us the R/M 2 method for octane in the U.S. Japan is on the Ron rating i believe. Our 93 is equivalent or better than their 97 or 99 whatever Ron rated octane.

It just needs premium.

93 is all you need.
