Go Kart meet???

I know most people on this board is interested in racing, so Let's Bring It To The Track, go kart track that is LOL. It would be pretty fun getting away from street racing for a minute to race some karts. Only two places I know are DixieLand and Malibu Grand Prix and I believe both places are having a special for unlimited racing for $20 (on certain days). So I'm going to setup a poll to see if anyone would be down! If I get enough people interested I'll set a date!

I say Malibu because they have the bigger go-karts. Even tho we have to go one at a time, they record times.

Google it. Andretti is the shit. I think it's considered to be in Alpharetta. I don't know since I'm not from that area.

They have the road course gokarts for adults and kiddy mini oval for the kids. They also have these "dirt" track cars now that run on the mini oval (the one with oversize wings on their roof) where you drift around the corner of the ovals, like dirt track cars do. They also have a pretty good size arcade, rock climbing, food place, and a bar.

To race the adult carts is 20 or 25bucks at a time. If it's your first time, you have to pay for your license which lasts for a year.

if you just want to mess around...Malibu is the place...want a lil more speed go to Andretti. (never been to dixieland)


Andretti is expensive but worth it...fun as hell and very quick go karts.

I used to work there. It is a really nice but pricey. The carts are kinda quick and on wednesday and saterday there is drifting. fun as hell. you get the fast carts and go on the oval. I know that the drift411 people had meets and stuff up there those nights. It is like 20 a race or 3 for 50. And if you do not have a licence it is 7 for that.

lol tobad my birthday is the 8th of april (easter sunday) and i wont be back in the A till like the 12 but anyway.. just talk to a guy names luis or trey young (trey is the GM) and tell them that Walter is apart of the get together or something and see what we can get you guys.. but Tuesday's and thursday would best for those balling on a budget because they are wrist ban days and you can ride the karts and play in the arcade all day unlimited for one price.. GRAND PRIX cars are not including in that though
