best bank for a mortage???

I was thinking Wachovia since thats what we have, but I am not sure. ING seems to have good interest rates, who would be better to go through. Any ideas?

I would not go through a bank. A broker is a better bet because they can go find the "sooper lowest" rates from a variety of banks.

I'm buying a house right now and that is what I have learned.
