OK im re-writing this,

I will pay for gas and lunch/dinner to whoever helps me install my new KA for my KA-T project. Might have to do some runs for some gaskets here and there, but im sure thats all that will be needed. If anyone can help I would like to try and knock it out in a day or 2, seems easy enough just discouraged because of bad luck and lack of experience. Help a brother out!!!

I would offer some beer, but I dont drink and that would just prolong the process after awhile :tongue1:

Dude you could swap a KA easily with an engine hoist just remove the intake and the exhaust and tranny and yank it out. I had my new engine ready to be rebuilt at the machine shop today and i got the intake off in about 30 mins. the exhuast side is even faster. Although i have yet to pull and engine away from a rwd tranny yet im sure it cant be that hard. Just jack the car up and get some dirt on your hands. Have fun:goodjob:

Ask Luthi on here.
haha, fuck him! Yes, ask Luthi about his crazy fast Single cam KA turbo! One day at the track he ran 50 psi on his turbo and ran 10's, maybe 8's. YES, his KA24E-T with -183 hp. Yes, that is NEGATIVE 183 horsepower! hahaha

My KA-T needs a new KA, and I need someone to help me install it! None of my friends are mechanically inclined for me to trust them, therefore I am seeking help out to the Import Atlanta community in search of someone who would help me install my motor. I need this motor for my DD and its driving me up the wall. To be honest, im pretty nooby with all this and quite intimidated with a motor swap. Im sure its more elementary than I portray it, but I wont know until I do it.

I am willing to buy lunch to whorever will help a fellow IA'er.

I need someone who is experienced and can work after 3:30 during the weekday, or on Saturday and Sunday. With school and work I dont have time to teach my self how to install a motor.

Flexible hours are encouraged, and I can tell you my schedule to people who are seriously able to help.

I know this job wont pay much, but if any Nissan/240sx owners want to help a fellow Nissan driver, then please PM me or answer on this post.

MODS: I am offering them a "job" that will pay with food, so I guess this would be the right spot? If its not, please move it to the right section.

And to everyone, thank you in advance.

GOD DAMN DO I SOUND LIKE A BITCH HAHA OH WELL HELP ME!

i would help, but free food doesnt put gas in my tank unfortunately. if you could offer something like that and maybe some free beer, i think more people, myself included, would be more inclined to help.

just my two cents though. :)

Theres a guy I used to know that could do a KA to KA in under 2 hours. No air tools. I saw him pull a running KA in under 20 minutes. Guy had just done it so many times he knew exactly which sizes on each bolt and how to get to every single one of them the easiest.
