I can never get that far. I get my car in a good power range then it seems to just jump out of gear and over heat, so I just stop playing.

I got half way through the game with the 240 before I found out you could change more than gear ratios. It is not that hard just learn when to hit the nos

I use the nitrous in every gear once I get into second, and I did mess with the gear ratios but it still screws up.

you gotta do the engine swap. get the 6cy 15v it's got 250Hp/200Tq/335Wt. in that little civic with the most expensive up grades/one of everything and weight reduction, that baby will run.
