Can you explain what the car is designed for? I'm not too familiar. Just a regular car? What do you mean by belts?

the car is a r/c car its designed to drift and the belts are for when you use the skyline body since the body is smaller you would need to change the belts being its support system for the 4wd ( put up a pic)
