I know a guy that got a car at a auction in alabama... they gave him a title when he bought it but wasnt signed and it had a lien holder on it... now hes trying to sell it to me for a really good price but im not sure what to do.... if a car is auctioned off isnt it supposed to be clear of the lien? Is there a way to check to see if a car still has a lien?
