All the defendant had to defend and prove was that the ad specifically said for photo only. Just because the plaintiff lacked the common sense to read the whole ad, she got jipped. Its just like if the ad says its not for the phone in the picture.

Acually the fact that she claimed it weighed 4.09 oz or w/e and that it was for a picture only. It turned out to be a contradiction of the legal contract making it null. She failed to produce a 4.09 oz product (picture or phone). If she sent a picture of that entire table including the picture of the phone then maybe she would have been in the right legally but since she didn't, she nullified her own contract.
