was wondering what the hell will happen when i have to go to court in a couple months. how long will i lose my license for?
or will i even lose it?

A friend of mine had a 48 over and he was 18, so he got a lawyer. Lawyer got it reduced to 23 over, a $380 fine, some 500 word essay, and some community service lol.

Street Racing ( I was so innocent ),Wreckless Driving, No Insurance, No seatbelt all in one case: Still kept my license, dropped Street Racing, No insurance, and No seatbelt... they kept my bail cheese and made me fork over another 200.00.

I got a 62 in a 35 in a school zone and a lawyer got it dropped to a 44 and they ignored the school zone thing because it was 11:30 at night. The fine and the lawer was like a total of 600 bones. It was outta state so no points and no insurance increase.

However, I got pulled over in Kennesaw for 72 in a 45. I hired a lawyer, and I still don't know what is going to happen since my next court date isn't til april. It IS worth it to get a lawyer. If you don't, you will more than likely lose your license for at least six months and you will have to pay the $250+ fine.
