Let me be Psychiatrist Snail for a minute: If it was a civic with neons and a supra spoiler then I would understand the joke. But the fox body is a formidable car to race on the street. Though he used the words "street racer", which might have came out like he was selling a civic with neons and a supra spoiler, Im sure it wasn't his intensions. This is a clear indication that there are too many ricers running about. So many that it changes our vocabulary. For instance, if he said street/strip then it would have be nice and dandy, but he didn't. I can think of three reasons he probably used "street racer" : 1. He is from the sticks and does not see as many ricers thus does not know the "ricyness" of saying street racer. 2. He was tring to attract the younger crowd to buy his car. 3. He was a ricer that was tired of his 90ft-lbs tq and bought a mustang, eventually realizing that he is a ricer and is head deep in shit not knowing how to start far as well finish his mustang project lol.
