Thanks. And no i dont have the money to just dump my b18 and get a b20. Tho the idea sounds great. Do you know anyone that would be able to check it?

Any machine shop could check your head. You yourself could actually check the valves. Dump gas in all the ports, exhaust and intake, Hold or set the head down where the combustion chambers are down, and check the valves to make sure no liquids are coming out. Obviously your going to have to pull the cams so all the valves are closed.
If it sits for a while, and you don't see any seapage around any valves, they're good, and all you have to do is have it check to see if its flat or not.

dude just pick up a b18 from a parted out integra and put that in, it'll end up being cheaper, and then you can always part out your old motor for alittle $

Thats true! haha When I broke a timing belt, I was just going to pick up a block for my civic, that was my idea. Somebody else offered to cover me to just get the valves replaced, the head cleaned and decked and so on. That ended up being 500+ bucks when I could've gotten a complete motor for about 400 lol.

where could i get a d series? if its cheaper might ride on the rex instead of selling it. But the rex needs a new engine as well. D series should just slide in there?!

just check the forums....dseries are cheap, and a dseries came stock in an ef, so yes it will fit perfectly, may need to get some stock motormounts though since you have a bseries swapped in
